Welcome to Vinna Cab. These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of our private airport transfer and chauffeur services. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking

All bookings must be made through our website or through an approved Vinna Cab booking channel. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, flight, passenger, and contact details.

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation by email or other agreed communication method.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are confirmed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Our fares are designed to be transparent and may include applicable taxes, tolls, and standard service charges.

Additional services, special requests, child seats, waiting time beyond the included allowance, or changes to the original booking may incur additional charges. Any applicable additional costs will be communicated where possible before the service is provided.

Payment may be made using the payment method selected during booking, including card, cash, or online payment where available.

3. Airport Pickups & Flight Delays

For airport transfers, customers should provide accurate flight details so that we can monitor the flight and coordinate the pickup.

Vinna Cab includes up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time following the scheduled arrival or actual landing time, subject to the applicable booking conditions.

If additional waiting time is required beyond the included allowance, additional waiting charges may apply.

4. Meeting Your Driver

For airport pickups, the driver will meet the passenger at the agreed meeting point, normally in the arrivals area, with a name sign or other agreed identification.

Passengers should keep their phone available after landing so the driver can contact them if necessary.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time.
• Follow reasonable instructions from the driver.
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect.
• Ensure that children are properly secured using an appropriate child seat where required.
• Avoid carrying prohibited, dangerous, or illegal items.

Vinna Cab reserves the right to refuse transportation where a passenger’s behaviour creates a safety risk to the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle.

6. Luggage

Passengers must provide accurate information about the amount and size of their luggage when booking.

Luggage must fit safely within the vehicle’s available capacity. If the amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, Vinna Cab may require a larger vehicle or may be unable to accommodate the additional luggage.

7. Child Seats

Child seats are available on request and may be subject to an additional charge. Customers should request the required child seat when making their booking.

8. Vehicle Type

Vinna Cab aims to provide the vehicle selected during booking. However, in exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle where necessary.

9. Changes to Bookings

Customers should contact Vinna Cab as soon as possible if they need to change their pickup time, location, destination, passenger numbers, flight details, or vehicle requirements.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

10. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, unless different cancellation conditions are stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, or failure to appear for the scheduled transfer, may be subject to a cancellation or no-show charge.

11. No-Show

A passenger may be considered a no-show if they fail to meet the driver at the agreed pickup location within the applicable waiting period and cannot be contacted.

Where a passenger cannot be located after reasonable attempts to make contact, the booking may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for a refund.

12. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Vinna Cab makes every reasonable effort to provide punctual and reliable transportation. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe traffic, road closures, accidents, extreme weather, airport restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

13. Customer Property

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Vinna Cab is not responsible for items left in the vehicle unless responsibility is established under applicable law.

If you leave an item behind, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking details.

14. Service Standards

We aim to provide clean, safe, comfortable, and professionally maintained vehicles operated by professional drivers.

Service availability may vary depending on location, vehicle availability, traffic conditions, and operational circumstances.

15. Complaints

If you experience an issue with your transfer, please contact Vinna Cab as soon as possible and provide your booking reference and details of the issue.

We will review complaints fairly and work to resolve legitimate concerns as quickly as reasonably possible.

16. Privacy

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be used to process bookings, communicate with customers, coordinate transfers, and provide customer support.

17. Amendments to These Terms

Vinna Cab reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply to future bookings.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Vinna Cab operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
